Full-Time • Southwest Florida Territory (Naples to Sarasota) Do you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping homeowners bring their ideas to life? Sunscape Patios & Enclosures is looking for a motivated Design Consultant to join our growing team in Southwest Florida. As a Design Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to design customized outdoor living solutions while managing your own territory and helping clients transform the way they enjoy their homes. About the Position
As a Design Consultant, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout your assigned territory. From the initial consultation to presenting customized solutions, you'll help customers make informed decisions while delivering the exceptional customer experience Sunscape is known for. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by an experienced team committed to your success.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners for in-home and on-site consultations
- Listen to customers' goals and evaluate their outdoor living spaces
- Design and present customized project solutions
- Educate homeowners on available products, materials, and design options
- Manage your sales pipeline from initial consultation through project approval
- Build lasting relationships throughout your assigned territory
- Represent the Sunscape brand with professionalism and integrity

- Patio Enclosures
- Screen Rooms
- Glass Rooms
- Pool Enclosures
- Patio Covers & Pergolas
- Epoxy Floors
- Epoxy Floors
- Outdoor Kitchens
- Concrete Solutions
- Outdoor Living Enhancements
- Additional Home Improvement Services
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, professional attitude
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A willingness to learn our products and design process
- Previous sales or design consultation experience (preferred)
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Naples to Sarasota territory
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners at their properties
- Familiarity with outdoor living products is a plus
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
